Seasonal Flu Vaccination Campaign 2020-21

The 2020-21 NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) Flu Vaccination Campaign is now underway across Glasgow City. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and to do everything we can to keep our patients safe, the way people get flu vaccination may be different this year.

Most eligible individuals will be assigned a date, time and location (likely to be a community vaccination centre, rather than at their GP surgery), where they will receive their vaccine. People will be notified by letter of these details and we would like to encourage everyone to do everything possible to keep this appointment, to avoid any delays to getting the vaccine caused by rescheduling.

For more information about flu and to find out whether you are eligible please go to the NHSGGC website and NHS Inform.

If you have clinical concerns about flu, other than your appointment time, please speak to your GP in the first instance. If you are aged over 65 and have queries about your appointment, please call the flu line on 0800 707 6699.
