Item No.5 - Housing Contribution Statement and Action PlanTo present for Integration Joint Board approval, a revised Housing Contribution Statement and draft action plan, to support the housing sector’s contribution to delivery of the Integration Joint Board’s Strategic Plan.
Item No.6 - IJB Reserves PolicyThis report sets out the Reserves Policy of the Integration Joint Board, and describes the purposes for which reserves may be held.
Item No.7 - Audit Scotland Reports on Social Work and NHS in Scotland 2016Purpose of Report: To inform the Integration Joint Board of the key findings of the Audit Scotland reports, Social Work in Scotland and NHS in Scotland 2016, and the draft action plans developed to address the reports’ recommendations that were considered by the IJB Finance and Audit Committee at its meeting on 16 November 2016.
Item No.8 - Homelessness Services Private Rented Sector TenderTo advise the Integration Joint Board of progress to date in addressing / alleviating homelessness through increased access to private rented sector tenancies, that was considered by the Integration Joint Board Finance and Audit Committee at its meeting on 16 November 2016.
Item No.9 - Integrated Health and Social Care Out of Hours Reform UpdateTo update the Integration Joint Board on the out of hours review and to seek approval for proposals in relation to the existing Social Work Service Out of Hours contract.

Item No.12 - Families for Unaccompanied Refugee ChildrenThe purpose of this report is to outline the proposed process for Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership to work with faith communities and Positive Action in Housing to identify families who can provide accommodation and support to young unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASC), who are currently either in England or those in refugee camps in Europe.
Item No.13 - Tradeston / Laurieston: Impact on Clyde Place Assessment CentreTo update the Integration Joint Board on the impact of the regeneration programme on the provision of homelessness services.
Item No.14 - Budget Monitoring Month 7 Period 8This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 31 October 2016 (Health) and 28 October 2016 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.
Item No.15 - Integration Joint Board Development SessionTo provide feedback from the Integration Joint Board development session held on 28 September to enable the Integration Joint Board to have further discussion on some of the matters raised at the session.

Item No.17 - Scottish Living WageTo update the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board on provider responses to the offer made to increase National Care Home Contract Rates; to the offer made to 103 providers of a 3.1% uplift backdated to 1 April 2016; and, the offer of providers of care home places for under 65s to uprate their rates to National Care Home Contract Rates.

Item No.19 - Children and Young People Residential ModernisationThe purpose of this report is to provide the Integration Joint Board with an update on progress to date for the Phase 1 Residential New Build Modernisation Programme for Children & Young People and to note approval for funding and implementation of a Phase 2 New Build and Refurbishment Programme.
Item No.20 - Quality Clinical and Professional Assurance StatementTo provide the Integration Joint Board with a quarterly clinical and professional assurance statement.
Item No.21 - Performance ReportTo present the updated Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 2 2016/17.
Item No.22 - Deaths from Suicide with Glasgow CityThis report updates Glasgow City Integration Joint Board on suicide statistics for the City’s population and updates members on current action.
