In line with the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014, the Integration Joint Board must consider the audited annual accounts and approve them for signature no later than the 30 September immediately following the financial year end.

In making this decision the council must have regard to any report made on those accounts and any advice given by the auditor or proper officer.

Attached is a copy of the audited Annual Accounts for the period ended 31 March 2017 and included in the papers for this meeting of the IJB is the Annual Audit Report prepared by Audit Scotland.

To set the budget for the Integration Joint Board for 2017-2018 and to direct the Council and Health Board to spend the budget in line with the Strategic Plan.

To provide an overview of governance arrangements for the former Integrated Care Fund (ICF), as per the direction of the Integration Joint Board.

To present Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership Falls Strategy 2017 – 2020.

To advise on the development and production of the Sexual Health Strategic Plan for Health and Social Care Partnerships in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde Area.

1. To outline the HSCP’s key actions and priorities in relation to the Scottish Government’s Strategic Framework on Palliative and End of Life Care.

2. To describe a draft plan that aligns to National Integration Indicators and compliments other strategies for implementation by January 2018.

To seek approval of the final draft Integration Joint Board Property Strategy and action plan following consultation.

To seek approval of a review of the Assisted Garden Maintenance service.

To notify the Integration Joint Board of the key work activities of the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) Commissioning Team in 2017/18.

To update the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board on the Bethlehem Twinning project and to note progress made with the Guidance and Training Centre (GTC) in Bethlehem.

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 31 July 2017 (Health) and 4 August 2017 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.

To present the annual report from the Chief Social Work Officer for the year 2016/17, prepared in line with Scottish Government guidance.

To inform the Integration Joint Board of the progress of the Glasgow Carers Partnership and evidence good outcomes being delivered for increasing numbers of adult and young carers in Glasgow.

To present the updated Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 1 of 2017/18.

To provide the Integration Joint Board with a quarterly clinical and professional assurance statement.

To advise the Integration Joint Board of the recent inspection into children’s services in Glasgow, confirm the evaluated indicators of quality and provide a draft HSCP action plan in anticipation of the integrated and endorsed action plan for the city.

The purpose of this report is to outline current work in Glasgow regarding FGM and our response to Scotland’s National Action Plan.

The report updates the Integration Joint Board on progress relating to the 5 year homelessness strategy and on the plans for multi-agency hub and the decommissioning of the Hamish Allen Centre.
