This report sets out Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (GCHSCP) proposed Unscheduled Care Delivery Plan for 2026-2027 and seeks the IJB’s approval for the associated investment.

The purpose of this report is to provide an update on delivery of the Primary Care Improvement Plan (PCIP) programme for 2025-26, based on Scottish Government PCIP 9 Tracker return and to seek approval for direction in 2026-27.

To update the IJB on progress with the STEP Forward programme since the IJB meeting on 13 May 2026.

The purpose of this report is to provide an update of the ongoing and potential future significant capital projects impacting the property estate managed by the HSCP to deliver services.
