IJB Temporary Decision Making Arrangements

Temporary IJB Governance Arrangements in response to the Coronavirus outbreak

In response to the Coronavirus outbreak and the requirement to move quickly and decisively to manage the subsequent pressures on health and social care services in the City, Glasgow City IJB moved to initiate temporary decision making arrangements at the Integration Joint Board on Wednesday 25 March 2020. These arrangements came to an end on 1st September 2020 following review by the IJB.

Glasgow City IJB - Temporary Governance Arrangements

To update the IJB on the current working context in relation to the Covid 19 pandemic and, following review of the temporary governance arrangements that were adopted by the IJB in March 2020, to propose discontinuing those temporary governance arrangements.

Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan Update

To update the Integration Joint Board on proposed amendments to the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan following the impact of COVID 19 pandemic and seek approval for the subsequent funding commitment.

Community Justice Social Work Finance - Additional Grant Allocation

To update the IJB and seek approval for proposed spend following notification from the Community Justice Division within the Scottish Government that Glasgow City was to receive an additional grant payment of £634,910. This would be in addition to the indicative funding as set out in the Community Justice Social Work (CJSW) Section 27 grant allocation for 2020-21.

National Care Home Contract Settlement (2020/21) - revised

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on a one year National Care Home Contract (NCHC) settlement for 2020/21 and the commitments within the contract in relation to the Living Wage and Agenda for Change band 5 and the proposed increases on our other commissioned services.
