Save the date for Scottish Care’s Partners for Integration Annual Conference in September 2019. Scottish Care, the largest membership organisation and representative body for independent health and social care services in Scotland, is having their next annual conference.

As part of National  Breastfeeding Awareness Week and the UNCEF Gold Award celebrations, many local Mums and children came together to celebrate their experiences of breastfeeding at The Beacon Café (Salvation Army Citadel)  in Anderston on 6th June 2019.

The new Woodside Health and Care Centre will open to patients, service users and visitors on Monday 1 July 2019.The new Centre will offer state of the art, modern facilities accommodating integrated health and social care services improving access and the co-ordination of care.

The BeST? trial is a research trial owned by Glasgow University which has been running in Glasgow since 2011.  The trial has now been increased to include involvement from four London boroughs and Renfrewshire HSCP.

Susanne Millar has been appointed interim Chief Officer of Glasgow’s Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP). She will succeed David Williams who is now on secondment to the Scottish Government as Director of Delivery, Health and Social Care Integration.
