In our September/October edition of Partnership Matters we announce our new HSCP Chief Officer Pat Togher. Pat will return to the HSCP mid December to take on his new role. This month saw us celebrate Care Experienced Week where we hosted the annual Open Day celebration featuring music, performances and information stalls.
