The report updates the IJB Finance and Audit Committee on the publication of an interim report ‘Ending Rough Sleeping in Scotland’ by the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Action Group, and outlines the main findings contained within the recent Scottish Housing Regulator(SHR) Report, published at the end of March 2018 entitled ‘Housing People who are Homeless in Glasgow), the recommendations for the Health and Social Care Partnership Homelessness Service and Housing Association partners, and the Draft Action Plan submitted to the SHR in response to their report (Appendix A).
