The purpose of this report is to highlight to the IJB the Annual Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) report which was published on 27th October 2023.

To update the Integration Joint Board on:
• Justice Social Work developments; and
• Community Justice Glasgow developments.

To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee an update on the implementation of previously agreed recommendations.

To present to the Glasgow City IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee details of the Internal Audit work undertaken at Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde that may have an impact upon the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.

To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 2 of 2023/24 for noting.

To provide the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with a quarterly clinical and professional assurance statement.

To present Glasgow City Integration Joint Board’s (IJB) Public Bodies Climate Change Duties Report 2022-2023 which has been submitted to the Scottish Government by the deadline of 30th November 2023.

This report provides a summary of the proposed work programme for the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee (FASC) for the period January 2024 to December 2024.

To advise of and seek approval from the Integration Joint Board (IJB) for the Glasgow City Alcohol and Drug Partnership’s (ADP) strategy refresh covering the period 2023-2026.
