This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 31 August 2017 (Health) and 1 September 2017 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.

To present the Adult Services sections of the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 1 2017/18.
Communications Strategy
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) updated Communications Strategy and its summary are available. It was approved by the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB) on 23 September 2020.
This is the HSCP’s second Communications Strategy, the first one was approved by the IJB on 18 January 2017.
Power of Attorney Campaign shortlisted for Award
Greater Glasgow and Clyde Health Board has been shortlisted for a Scottish Creative Award for its ‘Even Santa Needs a Power of Attorney’ TV advert - an upbeat Christmas advert designed to raise awareness about power of attorney (PoA).
PoA allows people to safeguard their future, should they lose the capacity to make decisions for themselves.
The board has been running campaigns raising awareness on the importance of having a PoA for the last four years.

Item No. 10 - Extension of the 2015 Social Work Framework Agreement
To advise the IJB Finance and Audit Committee of the decision to extend the above Framework and agree the offer of a revised sleepover rate to providers.
