This report provides an update on the progress of the development and implementation of the Complex Needs Service (CNS) in Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP).

Item No 19 - National Care Home Contract Settlement 2023-24 Update

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the increase to the National Care Home Contract (NCHC) fee rates for 2023/24 and the proposed increases on our other commissioned services; and to note the approval by the Chief Officer and Chief Officer Finance and Resources, under delegated authority, on the ground of urgency, to apply the NCHC uplift to commissioned services attached in Appendix 1.
