Service Prioritisation – staff information

Our HSCP is developing a programme of work called Service Prioritisation. This programme will help us plan and deliver services in a sustainable way so that people in Glasgow continue to receive safe, high‑quality health and social care both now and in the future.

Service Prioritisation is about making informed choices based on evidence, data and staff and community insight. The aim is to make sure we can achieve a balanced budget each year, protect essential services and continue supporting the city's most vulnerable people.

As this work develops, we'll keep you updated on what decisions decisions are being made and how they are shaped.
