Item 5 - Directions to Health Board and CouncilThe purpose of this paper is to outline the requirements the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland) Act 2014 places on the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board to make directions to the Council and Health Board, and to propose a standard format for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board’s directions to both delivery bodies.
Item 6 - Proof of ConceptThe purpose of this report is to update the Integration Joint Board on initial work carried out by Social Work Services for the review and reform of social care contracts in the context of the implementation of the new National Minimum Wage 2020.
Item 7 - Integrated Clinical and professional governanceTo provide an update and assurance on Integrated Clinical and Professional Governance arrangements for the Integration Joint Board.
Item 8 - Complaints procedureTo submit a draft Complaints Handling Procedure and Unacceptable Conduct Policy for approval by the Board.
Item 9 - Homelessness - Review and reform of complex needThe purpose of this report is to update the Integration Board on the transformational change programme relating to Homelessness Services.
Item 10 - GCHSCP Commissioning and Procurement strategyThe attached document sets out the strategic context within which we will develop our approach to procurement and commissioning.
Item 11 - Dementia strategyThe purpose of this report is to Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s agreement to the content of Glasgow City’s Dementia Strategy.
Item 12 - Delayed discharge performance April 2016This report outlines the most up to date performance in relation to delayed discharges in Glasgow and outlines some of the continuing pressures and risks relating to that performance.
Item 13 - Increases for CHF, FPC and PEA 2016/17To update the IJB on a one-year National Care Home Contract (NCHC) settlement for 2016/17 and to note the Free Personal and Nursing Care payment rates and Personal Expenses Allowances for 2016/17.
Item 14 - Local Authority Accounts regulations

IJBs are specified in legislation as ‘section 106’ bodies under the terms of the Local Government Scotland Act 1973, and consequently are expected to prepare their financial statements in compliance with the Code of Practice on Accounting For Local Authorities in the United Kingdom.

The Scottish Government have introduced the above regulations to update the governance arrangements relating to the authorisation and approval of a section 106’s annual accounts. The regulation apply from the 2014-15 annual accounts and this report outlines the IJB’s proposed approach to comply with these updated regulations.

Item 15 - Finance and Audit Committee Minutes - Standing OrdersTo present the minute of the meeting of the Finance and Audit Committee held on 20th April to the Integration Joint Board and to outline the linkage to the Board’s Standing Orders and potential options for the approval of minutes.
