To mark Stress Awareness Month this April, a new resource has been added to the NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHGGGC) Mental Health Improvement Team Healthy Minds Collection: Online Harms and Mental Health.

Congratulations to Elderpark Housing Association in Govan. They’ve recently signed up to the Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland Scheme. 

Statistics show that one in five women are affected by mental health problems during pregnancy and the first year after birth. This includes mental illness existing before pregnancy, as well as illnesses that develop for the first time, or are greatly exacerbated in the perinatal period.
