Leanne Black, Advanced Prescribing Support Pharmacist won the poster prize at the recent Scottish Practice Pharmacist & Prescribing Advisers Association Conference, held virtually on 28 October 2020.

We all need an advocate at some times in our lives. It helps to have someone around to make a difficult phone call, someone who can help write a letter or someone to go with you to a difficult meeting.

The Prescribing Support Team in Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (South Locality) won the Working in Partnership Award at the Scottish Pharmacist Awards 2019.
