Glasgow opens UK's first safer drug consumption facility

The UK’s first safer drug consumption facility opened in Glasgow on  13 January.Based at the Hunter Street Health and Care Centre, the facility – to be known as The Thistle – will operate daily from 9am to 9pm, 365 days of the year.
