Mentoring programme MCR Pathways are hoping to reach even more young people in 2020 and it’s easy to get involved.

A range of activities have been taking place to support Glasgow City HSCP’s Dementia Strategy Group and increase awareness of dementia and how people and their carers can be supported.

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership Staff received two Awards in the Scottish Association of Social Work (SASW) Awards for Best Practice in 2017.
