To advise the Integration Joint Board of the circumstances leading to Glasgow City HSCP assuming direct responsibility for the Glasgow Drug and Alcohol Crisis Service and the Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Recovery Residential Stabilisation Service, and to provide assurance on continuity of provision and the transition arrangements.
