To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee the Chief Internal Auditor’s Annual Report for 2019/20.

To report on the current position of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHS GG&C) and Glasgow City Council on their procedures for managing Participation Requests.

To advise of the outcome of the inspection of care services provided by Glasgow City HSCP, which was undertaken by the Care Inspectorate in December 2019 for the 6 registered services, covering Housing Support Services and Care at Home Services.

To advise the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee of the outcome and findings of the annual joint self- evaluation which took place in September 2019 in relation to Adult Support and Protection.

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 30th June 2020 (Health)
and 3rd July 2020 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.

To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee details of the internal audit work undertaken at Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde that may have an impact upon the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.
