The purpose of this report is to inform the Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee of the findings of the desktop review of the IJB Risk Management Policy and Strategy and the recommendations for amendments to the policy.

To propose a schedule of meetings for the IJB Public Engagement Committee in 2020 to be held in each of the city’s localities, to outline potential agenda items for future meetings, and to ask Committee to discuss and consider the format and further agenda items for meetings in 2020.
