To provide an update on the progress of the IJB Property Strategy 2023–2026.

The purpose of this report is to present the Strategic Plan Monitoring Report, updating Members on progress with implementation of the Strategic Plan 2023-26.

To update the Integration Joint Board on the allocation of grant funding for 2022-23 to support ongoing pandemic recovery and transformational work.
To seek approval from the Integration Joint Board for the proposed spend as outlined in this report.

To update the IJB on the planned activity for social care commissioning for financial year 2022/23 and to outline the proposed action plan for continued development of our social care procurement and commissioning service.

To request approval of the draft Glasgow City HSCP Carer Strategy 2022-2025 and note the intention to launch the Strategy in June 2022 during Carers Week (6th -12th June 2022).
