The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on a one year National Care Home Contract (NCHC) settlement for 2022/23 and the proposed increases on our other commissioned services.

To update the Integration Joint Board on the allocation of grant funding for 2022-23 to support ongoing pandemic recovery and transformational work.

To advise the IJB of the plan for the 21/22 underspend of funding for Tier 1 and Tier 2 mental health supports for children and young people, which has been approved for carry forward to 22/23 by Scottish Government.
