Indpendent Auditors Report of IJB Annual Accounts 2019-2020

To update members on the completion of the audit of the Annual Accounts for 2019-2020.

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 30th September 2020 (Health) and 24th September 2020 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.

The IJB is asked to consider whether IJB meetings should be recorded and published until physical meetings are able to be resumed and are open to the public.

To advise and seek approval from the Integration Joint Board (IJB) of the Glasgow City Alcohol and Drug Partnership’s strategy covering the period 2020-2023.

To advise the Integration Joint Board (IJB) of the Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) Annual Report 2019/20.

To highlight the areas of the Scottish Government’s Programme for Government 2020-21 that are of relevance to Glasgow City IJB and have an impact on health and social care services provided by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.

This report updates the IJB on Glasgow Homelessness Service response during the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper further sets out the context of the challenges and describes the strength of collaboration with key partners.

The purpose of this report is to highlight to the IJB the Annual Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) report due to be published on or around the 13th November 2020.
