Parkhead Hub

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) has worked with Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) alongside other partners to develop a new health and social care Hub at Parkhead in North East Glasgow. 

The Hub opened in a phased approach from Monday 27 January 2025 and is the largest of its kind in the UK. 

The address is Parkhead Hub, 1251 Duke St, Parkhead, Glasgow, G31 5NZ. Phone: 0141 531 9000. The building is open from 8am to 8pm from Monday to Thursday, 8am to 7pm on Friday and from 9am to 5pm on Saturday.

HSCP Staff Help College to be First in Scotland to Receive Breastfeeding Friendly Accreditation

It’s World Breastfeeding Week from 1 to 7 August this year, and Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) staff are delighted that with their help Glasgow Clyde College has become Scotland’s first Further Education institution to obtain accreditation from Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland. 

Supported by the Scottish Government, the scheme aims to provide mums with positive experiences of breastfeeding when in public.

Launch of Socially Connected Glasgow Strategy

On 23 June 2022 Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP)  launched The Socially Connected Glasgow Strategy, which was commissioned by the HSCP and co-produced by Impact Funding Partners (IFP) and the people of Glasgow.

The development of the strategy focuses on the importance of mental well-being in our recovery from the pandemic as a city and in the HSCP’s Maximising Independence programme.
