Glasgow City Community Respiratory Team – supporting people at home
Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP)’s Community Respiratory Team (CRT) provides specialist support to people living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) in their own homes. The service helps people stay well at home, avoid unnecessary hospital stays and recover safely with the right support.

SDCF - Local communities
Safer Drug Consumption facilities (SDCF) were first established in Switzerland in the 1980’s. There are now more than 100 of these facilities worldwide, which has resulted in extensive research and evaluation of the impact on local communities.

Item No 10 - Adults With Incapacity Delayed Discharge Funding and Action Plan
The purpose of this report is to advise the IJB of a funding allocation to the IJB from the Scottish Government (Appendix 1 and 2) to be used to provide additional resources aimed at reducing the impact of mental incapacity related delays in hospital discharges.
Members are asked to note the Adults with Incapacity Delayed Discharge Action Plan (Appendix 3) that has been developed and agreed by the Scottish Government and approve the funding for this use.
