Financial Regulations
Under Scottish Government Regulations for all Integration Joint Boards (IJBs) in Scotland, the Chief Officer, supported by the Chief Officer, Finance and Resources, must ensure that there are adequate systems and controls in place for the proper management of the IJB's financial affairs. Glasgow City IJB’s Financial Regulations were approved by the IJB in May 2019.
Item No 07 - Outturn Report 2022-23
To provide a high level overview of the Integration Joint Board’s draft outturn position for 2022/23, and to seek approval for the transfer of funds to reserves to allow completion of the Integration Joint Board’s accounts by the statutory deadline of 30 September 2023.

On 19 May 2017, Glasgow Kelvin College became the first college in Scotland to be awarded White Ribbon status. Staff at the college became involved in the campaign after applying for funding made available by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s North East Health Improvement Team.
Item No 10 - Progress towards Implementation of the MAT Standards and ADRS Review
The purpose of this paper is to update the IJB on progress of implementation of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards and recommendations from the commissioned independent Review of Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Recovery (ADRS) community services and seek approval to progress recruitment for the Test of Change STARS model.
