In line with the Partnership’s performance management arrangements, performance reports are produced on a quarterly basis. These reports are then scrutinised by citywide and locality management teams. The Integration Joint Board’s Finance and Audit Committee also receives a quarterly performance report and, at each meeting, they focus on specific service areas with service leads. A performance summary which provides a more strategic overview of performance is also produced on a quarterly basis and is submitted to the Integration Joint Board. These reports can be accessed below
The next meeting of the IJB-Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee will take place on Wednesday 4th September at 9.30am, in the Sir Peter Heatly Boardroom, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH. This is the headquarters for the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.
