Crail Medical Practice won the British Heart Foundation (BHF) Alliance Awards ‘Team of the Year’ Category for improving the health of heart patients. Winners were presented with a trophy and certificate at a ceremony on Tuesday 5 June 2018 at the British Cardiovascular Society Annual Conference 2018 in Manchester.
