The purpose of the report is to provide an update to the IJB Public Engagement Committee on progress towards the agreed actions/next steps outlined in the Older People’s Transformational Change Programme Impact Report. It looks into the five key areas of older people’s services; home care, technology enabled care, anticipatory care, intermediate care and the specialist dementia unit at Leverndale Hospital.

The purpose of this report is to summarise the findings from Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) COVID-19 Communications Survey in March 2021, and to present the HSCP’s new Partnership Matters Briefing based on feedback from the survey.
