To outline the Terms of Reference for the IJB-Executive Committee and the role of the Chair

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City HSCP as at 30 June 2016 (Health) and 8 July 2016 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures

To advise the IJB-Executive Committee of a response submitted to the Scottish Parliament Health and Sport Committee on behalf of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board

To advise IJB-Executive Committee of the forthcoming inspection of Children’s Services

The purpose of this paper is to enable the IJB to:-

• give early consideration to the Board’s proposed approach;
• consider how the IJB wishes to engage in the proposed process;
• respond to the NHS Board’s request that early engagement in the process is established through the HSCPs patient and public engagement arrangements

To advise the IJB-Executive Committee of the GCHSCP locality plans for 2016/17

To provide the IJB-Executive Committee with a briefing on the commitment within the HSCP Strategic Plan to develop an integrated health and social care hub in Parkhead and to set this proposal within the wider context of our strategy to improve services for older people in the North East, and the Health Board’s draft proposals for re-designing services currently based at Lightburn Hospital

To advise the IJB-Executive Committee of a response submitted to the Scottish Parliament Health and Sport Committee on behalf of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board

To seek authorisation from the Integration Joint Board (IJB) to include the HSCP logo on communication relating to the Vision Statement for Glasgow’s Independent Living Strategy
