The North West Locality of Glasgow City HSCP sets out the key actions we intend to take forward in 2018/19.  It is the third Locality Plan for the North West since the establishment of the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) in 2016. The aim of the plan is to provide a review of the progress made in 2017/18 and to identify our priorities for 2018/19.
