Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s Health Improvement Teams have recently released their 2018 / 19 Annual Report.

The Partnership’s Local Area Coordination Team has been promoting Chatter ‘n’ Natter as part of the wider campaign to end loneliness across Glasgow.
