Playing a small part for COP26, as part of a joint multi-generational project, Knightswood Connects facilitated the planting of trees in Knightswood in partnership with Friends of Knightswood Park.

Huge congratulations to Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) Homeless Health and Asylum Service (now called Complex Needs and Asylum Health Services) who were announced as the winner of the People's Choice Award at the Scottish Health Awards 2021 on Thursday, 4 November.

Glasgow City Youth Health Service offers confidential, personalised support to young people aged 12 to 19 years. The service is provided by Nurses, GPs, Counsellors and Multiple Risk Workers and was officially launched in September.

Plans for a new £67 million health and care hub for the North East of Glasgow have moved a step closer after councillors approved plans.

Celebrations took place on the afternoon of Saturday, 31 July to mark the opening of the Claypits Glasgow Inner City Reserve at Hamiltonhill in the north of the city.  Local residents, community groups and politicians turned up for a fun-filled day.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC), NHS Lothian and Public Health Scotland are working in partnership to conduct a comprehensive health needs assessment of Scotland’s LGBT+ population. As part of the health needs assessment, an online survey is being conducted from 11 June to 20 August 2021.
