Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (HSCP) Community Support Service for older people with dementia has operated in the North East of Glasgow for 25 years.

Glasgow's Alcohol and Drug Partnership is working with the University of Stirling to explore how drug checking services could be developed to reduce harms in Scotland.

Celebrations took place on the afternoon of Saturday, 31 July to mark the opening of the Claypits Glasgow Inner City Reserve at Hamiltonhill in the north of the city.  Local residents, community groups and politicians turned up for a fun-filled day.

A stunning new mural has been unveiled at Glasgow’s Leverndale Hospital as part of a wider project to transform the campus, improving both indoor and outdoor spaces, increasing greenspace and biodiversity and improving the environment for our patients, staff and the local community.

A new pilot telephone breastfeeding peer support service is being offered to support pregnant and new mums living in Glasgow City.  

Last month, from 7 - 13 June 2021, we celebrated national Carers Week to highlight the importance of unpaid carers by ‘Making Caring Visible and Valued’.
