To provide an update on a change to the Lead NHS role on Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (GCIJB), effective from 1 September 2026, which has resulted in a change to the GCIJB Vice Chair; and to seek approval for the appointment of a new Chair of the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee (FASC).

To provide an update on the completion of the audit of the Annual Accounts.

This report sets out Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s (GCHSCP) proposed next steps in the Glasgow Royal Infirmary Project of the Unscheduled Care Delivery Plan for 2026-2027 and seeks the Integration Joint Board’s (IJB) approval for the associated investment.
 

The purpose of this report is to set out the outcome of the review of the Integration Joint Board’s Risk Management Policy and Strategy and to seek approval of the updated Policy and Strategy. This includes approval of the revised strategic risk taxonomy and the proposed risk appetite level for each of the nine strategic risk categories. The report explains the reasons for the review, the approach and engagement undertaken, the options appraisal process used to develop the revised taxonomy, and the principal areas of continuity and change.

This report provides a high-level update to the financial outlook as at September 2026.

To seek IJB’s approval for STEP Forward review recommendations in relation to the HSCP’s Welfare Rights and Older People’s Day Care Services; and proposed cessation of the HSCP’s Enhanced Drug Treatment Service (EDTS) and Complex Needs Service (CNS) and their replacement by a combined successor service.

To update the IJB on progress with the STEP Forward programme since the IJB meeting on 24th June 2026.

The purpose of this report is to provide the IJB with an update on implementation of the NHSGGC Mental Health Strategy 2023-2028, the outcomes of the programme reset undertaken during 2026, and the key priorities and considerations for the next phase of implementation.

To advise the Integration Joint Board of the circumstances leading to Glasgow City HSCP assuming direct responsibility for the Glasgow Drug and Alcohol Crisis Service and the Glasgow Alcohol and Drug Recovery Residential Stabilisation Service, and to provide assurance on continuity of provision and the transition arrangements. This paper is presented for assurance and awareness.
