The Housing Solutions and Adaptations Joint Protocol has been developed by Housing, Health, and Social Care Partners within Glasgow, to produce a document which will support local services to effectively and cohesively deliver a person-centred, equitable tenure-neutral approach to the provision of housing based solutions including Adaptations. This Protocol acknowledges the importance of housing in terms of people’s overall health and well-being, and will provide a framework for joint working and service improvement for all Glasgow housing providers, Glasgow HSCP, and third sector partners.
