The purpose of the report is to present for approval a draft Engagement Strategy in relation to implementation of the Safer Drug Consumption Facility in Glasgow City, as approved by the IJB at its meeting in September 2023.

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 21st September 2023 for Council and 30th September 2023 for Health and highlights any areas of budget pressures and actions to mitigate these pressures.

To update members on developments in the delivery of the HSCP’s Unscheduled Care agenda ahead of Winter 2023/24 and seek approval for the Care Home Call Before Convey test-of-change for Winter 2023/24.
