To present and seek approval of the Annual Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for the year 2018/19.

To provide the Integration Joint Board with the summary of current directions.

To present to the Integration Joint Board the Unaudited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019.

To provide an update on and seek approval for a number of appointments to the IJB and its committees.

To outline emergent HSCP thinking in relation to maximising service user and patient independence in Glasgow City, with a particular focus on demand for and access to adult and older people community health and social care services; and, to seek appropriate challenge and guidance from IJB members
