To advise the Integration Joint Board of the implementation arrangements in relation to transfer of homecare and associated services to Glasgow City Council and managed through the HSCP from 29 September 2018 and an update on the due diligence review in relation to the transfer.

To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 1 of 2018/19.

To present data on complaints for both health and social care during the period 1st April 2017 - 31st March 2018.

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 31 July 2018 (Health) and 3 August 2018 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.
