The Glasgow City HSCP Workforce Plan (2022-2025) was approved in November 2022. To complement the plan a Workforce Plan Action Plan was developed with actions spanning the period of the plan.

To update Members on the vacancies for service user representatives on Glasgow City IJB; to outline proposals for a flexible approach to membership; and to request approval for the process around recruitment.

This report will outline the revenue budget for Glasgow City Integration Joint Board for 2025-26 and the budget available for services commissioned from Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the increase to the National Care Home Contract (NCHC) fee rates for 2025/26 and the proposed increases on our other commissioned services.

To update the IJB on the approach to reviewing the Strategic Plan for Glasgow City IJB and seek approval for extending the current Strategic Plan 2023-26 for a further 24 months.

To inform the IJB of changes to the model of provision and update on progress with delivery.
