The purpose of this report is to provide an update to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee on the status of the IJB’s risk register and to highlight key operational risks being managed in the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.

The purpose of this report is to provide assurance to the Glasgow City IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee about the business continuity arrangements for the HSCP and the arrangements in place in respect of the IJB’s duties as a Category 1 responder.

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 17th November 2023 for Council and 30th November 2023 for Health and highlights any areas of budget pressures and actions to mitigate these pressures.

The purpose of the report is to update the IJB on the progress of the implementation of a Safer Drug Consumption Facility (SDCF) in Glasgow City, as approved at the IJB in September 2023.

To advise the IJB of the development of Glasgow’s first Market Facilitation Plan (MFP). To approve the publication of the document (Appendix 1).

To launch the findings of the 2023 Adult Health and Well-being Survey for Glasgow City and briefly describe some of the wider changes in health status since the pandemic to inform considerations of the public health priorities for the IJB and HSCP services.
