Item No. 14 - Moving Forward Together: NHS GGCs Health and Social Care Transformational Strategy Programme
To advise the Integration Joint Board of work being carried out by NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to develop a Transformation Strategy for NHS services within the Health Board area.
Item No 5 - Volunteer Charter
To provide an update to the Public Engagement Committee on activities and work of the HSCP Volunteering charter working group. To further seek guidance from the committee on how the HSCP acknowledges the contributions of members of the public who are engaging via our structures but not via a formal volunteering process.
Item No. 13 - Glasgow City IJB Budget Monitoring Month 5 / Period 6 2017/18
This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 31 August 2017 (Health) and 1 September 2017 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.

To seek IJB approval for the HSCP’s children and young people’s transformational change programme for the 3 years 2018-21, including associated savings and efficiencies.
Item No. 18 - Safer Drug Consumption Facility and Heroin Assisted Treatment
To update the Integration Joint Board on progress towards establishment of a safer drug consumption facility and heroin assisted treatment service in Glasgow.
Item No. 7 - Older People's Transformational Change Programme 2018-21
To seek IJB approval for the HSCP’s older people’s transformational change programme for the 3 years 2018-21, including associated savings and efficiencies.
Item No. 8 - West Glasgow Minor Injuries Services Review
To report on the outcome of the review of minor injuries services in West Glasgow.
Item No. 10 - IJB Property Strategy
To seek approval of the final draft Integration Joint Board Property Strategy and action plan following consultation.
Item No 9 - Engagement and Locality Engagement Forum Update
To outline the key points from the Scottish Parliament Health and Sport Committee’s report on Integration Authorities’ approach to engagement with stakeholders and Glasgow City IJB’s activity in relation to those points, and to provide an update on development of engagement structures and activity undertaken within Glasgow’s three localities.
