Item No 10 - Glasgow City IJB Grants Policy
The purpose of this report is to seek approval for an IJB
Grants Policy. This policy will apply to all grant funding
which is awarded by functions delegated to Glasgow City
Integration Joint Board (IJB) and delivered by the Health
and Social Care Partnership. It will apply to both Council
and Health Board functions which fall within this definition.
Item No 20 - Scottish Government Mental Health Services for Children and Young People - 2022-23 Carry Forward
The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on progress with the Community Mental Health funding for 2023/34; and to note the approval by the Chief Officer and Chief Officer Finance and Resources of the plan for the underspend under delegated authority, on the ground of urgency.
Item No 19 - Community Link Worker Programme 2024-25 - Additional SG Funding
The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the offer of additional Scottish Government funding for the Community Links Worker Programme from 2024/25; and to note the approval by the Chief Officer and Chief Officer Finance and Resources, under delegated authority, on the ground of urgency.

To provide the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee with an overview of the key HR metrics relating to Attendance Management in Quarter 3 (October to December 2023) as well as performance, notable key issues and the implications for Glasgow City HSCP.
Item No 09 - HSCP Performance Report Q2-Q3 2023-24 - Hosted Services - Sexual Health
To present a Performance Report for Sexual Health Services hosted by the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board for Quarter 2/3 of 2023/24 for noting.
The Finance Audit and Scrutiny Committee is also being asked to review and discuss performance of other hosted services with the Strategic Lead for Adult Services.
Item No 08 - Glasgow City IJB Budget Monitoring for Month 9 and Period 10 2023-24
This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 15th December 2023 for Council and 31st December 2023 for Health and highlights any areas of budget pressures and actions to mitigate these pressures.

To present to the IJB Finance, Audit and Scrutiny Committee the 2024/25 Internal Audit plan for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.
