Carers Eligibility Criteria

The Consultation Period for the Carers Eligibility Criteria is now finished. Following the consultation, a report was prepared and submitted, along with the proposed Eligibility Criteria, to the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board on 24 January 2018.  The report and Eligibility Criteria were approved at this meeting.

PPE Distribution Hub

The Scottish Government, with the support of NHS National Service Scotland (NSS) has established Social Care Hubs within each Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) across Scotland, for the allocation of PPE stock to Social Care Providers.  This covers care homes; care at home providers; unpaid carers; personal assistants; sheltered housing services; supported housing; housing support; children’s homes and hospices, and all HSCP Social Work Services.

We have now set up a distribution hub from which the following can access stock of PPE:

Periodically the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership and Glasgow City Integration Joint Board have formal consultation and engagement opportunities for people and organisations to share their views on specific proposals being developed for health and social care in Glasgow City.  This can include strategies, plans, service developments and service reviews among other areas.  It is in addition to the ways in which people and organisations are already involv
