Item No 12 - Workforce Plan 2022-2025 - Action Plan Update

The Glasgow City HSCP Workforce Plan (2022-2025) was approved in November 2022. To complement the plan a Workforce Plan Action Plan was developed with actions spanning the period of the plan. This report provides an update on the actions identified for year one (2023) and provides an update on the action progress for years 2 (2024) and 3 (2025+).

Item No 11 - Glasgow City IJB Membership - Stakeholder Recruitment

To update Members on the vacancies for service user representatives on Glasgow City IJB; to outline proposals for a flexible approach to membership; and to request approval for the process around recruitment.

Item No 08 - IJB Financial Allocations and Budgets 2025-2026

This report will outline the revenue budget for Glasgow City Integration Joint Board for 2025-26 and the budget available for services commissioned from Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde.

Item No 09 - National Care Home Contract Increase 2025-26

The purpose of this report is to update the IJB on the increase to the National Care Home Contract (NCHC) fee rates for 2025/26 and the proposed increases on our other commissioned services.

Item No 10 - Strategic Plan Approach

To update the IJB on the approach to reviewing the Strategic Plan for Glasgow City IJB and seek approval for extending the current Strategic Plan 2023-26 for a further 24 months.

The purpose of this report is to confirm the appointment of Duncan Black as Chief Officer, Finance and Resources and Section 95 Officer to the Integration Joint Board under the Local Government Act 1973.

Item No 08 - Scottish Living Wage Settlement 2025-26

To advise Glasgow City Integration Joint Board of the proposed uplift to social care providers within Glasgow Purchased Services and Direct Payments with effect from 7th April 2025.

Item No 16 - Homelessness Services - Temporary Homelessness Accommodation Charges for 2023-24

To inform Glasgow City Integration Joint Board of the charges proposed to be set for homelessness temporary accommodation for 2023/24.
