Item No. 7 - Audited Annual Accounts 2016-17
In line with the Local Authority Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2014, the Integration Joint Board must consider the audited annual accounts and approve them for signature no later than the 30 September immediately following the financial year end.
In making this decision the council must have regard to any report made on those accounts and any advice given by the auditor or proper officer.
Public Petitions
The Glasgow City Integration Joint Board aims to provide good quality services that are easy to access and meet the health and social care needs of the people of Glasgow.
The public petitions process plays a key part in these aims by encouraging people to participate fully in the decision making process, either individually or as part of a group.

This report outlines the financial position of the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board as at 31 July 2017 (Health) and 4 August 2017 (Council), and highlights any areas of budget pressure and actions to mitigate these pressures.

To set the budget for the Integration Joint Board for 2017-2018 and to direct the Council and Health Board to spend the budget in line with the Strategic Plan.

The consultation is now closed. Following the consultation, a report was prepared and submitted, along with the Palliative and End of Life Care Plan, to the Glasgow City IJB Performance and Scrutiny Committee on 21 February 2018. The report and Palliative and End of Life Care Plan were approved at this meeting.
