To advise activity and significant trends in complaints concerning Health and Social Care for the period April to September 2016.
Item No.15 - New Complaints Procedure (Social Work and Health) from 1 April 2017
To advise IJB Finance and Audit Committee of mandatory new health and social work complaints processes implemented from 1st April 2017 and the steps that have been taken to ensure effective transition to those new processes within Glasgow City HSCP.
Item No.16 - Standard Unit costs for Local Authority Care Services 2017-2018
To advise Finance and Audit Committee of the revision to standard unit costs in respect of residential accommodation and non-residential services provided by Social Work for older people, people with physical disability and other care groups.
Item No.17 - Attendance Management
To advise the IJB Finance and Audit Committee of the current absence levels across Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership and highlight priorities within Attendance Management Action Plans for Social Work and Health.
Item No.18 - Local Code and Sources of Assurance for Governance Arrangements
To consider a Local Code with sources of assurance for adoption by the Integration Joint Board to review and assess its governance arrangements.
Item No.19 - Final Update - Audit Action Plan - Health and Social Care Integration
To provide a final update on the actions taken to meet the recommendations from the December 2015 and March 2016 reports produced by Audit Scotland into Health and Social Care Integration in Scotland.
Item No.20 - Risk Management Update
To provide an update to the Finance and Audit Committee on the status of the Risk Registers currently being maintained within the Glasgow City Health & Social Care Partnership.
