To present the annual report from the Interim Chief Social Work Officer for the year 2023/24, prepared in line with interim guidance for the 2023/24 report provided by Scottish Government.

This report provides an update on the new funding arrangements put in place by Scottish Government through the Enhanced Mental Health Outcomes Framework and advise IJBs in Greater Glasgow and Clyde of the implications across all programmes.
