Equality Impact Assessment for Transformational Programme Mental Health Services

The purpose of the report is to:

To brief the Integration Joint Board on the strategic context and current funding levels for housing investment in the city, and to recommend the development of a joint strategic housing needs assessment to inform future social care housing investment and policy development.

To seek IJB approval for the HSCP’s Adult Services transformational change programme for the 3 years 2018-21, including associated savings and efficiencies.

To advise and seek approval from the IJB on the future strategic directions for mental health services for the next five years as part of an overall strategy for Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

To provide the IJB with an overview of the changes and implications arising from new Data Protection laws and the implementation of Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011.
