To present to the IJB Finance and Audit Committee an Assurance Map.

To present to the IJB Finance and Audit Committee the Internal Audit Plan for 2017/18 for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board.

To present to the IJB Finance and Audit Committee the Chief Internal Auditor’s Annual Report for 2016/17.

To present to the Finance and Audit Committee the Annual Governance Statement for the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board for 2016/17.

To present to Finance and Audit Committee the Unaudited Annual Accounts.

To present the Joint Performance Report for the Health and Social Care Partnership for Quarter 4 2016/17.

To advise activity and significant trends in complaints concerning Health and Social Care for the period April to September 2016.

To advise IJB Finance and Audit Committee of mandatory new health and social work complaints processes implemented from 1st April 2017 and the steps that have been taken to ensure effective transition to those new processes within Glasgow City HSCP.

To advise Finance and Audit Committee of the revision to standard unit costs in respect of residential accommodation and non-residential services provided by Social Work for older people, people with physical disability and other care groups.
